Sultry actress Oluwaseyi Edun popularly known as Shai Ashabi is no doubt a lady that cannot be toyed with in the Yoruba movie genre of Nollywood when the names of who is who in the Nigerian movie industry or even in the world for that matter are mentioned.

This is based on the agility she applies to her craft in dishing out what she knows how to do best, which has ultimately made her a celebrity to reckon with, but that is not the story for today. The one now is very disheartening if not unpalatable. Not too long ago, precisely July, 28, 2013, the actress was in the news, putting an end to a conflicting story which emanated at a scene on the above mentioned date. But this time, it might definitely not be the best of time for the Ogun state-born diva, Shai Ashabi as the news you are about to read may sound bizarre. Undoubtedly, Shai is one of the best upcoming actresses with scandal free profile Nigeria never had, which has carved a niche for her before her much publicised movie production. According to the information, Shai was said to have engaged in a combat on a movie location in Ajah, Lagos State with a senior colleague whose name is Bimbo Oshin. The brawl, we gathered, was because of a man who is Bimbo's husband but Shai was keeping a secret affair with him which later be unravel to Bimbo and this warranted mercilessly beating to Oluwaseyi in other to become a big fish (Eja Nla) in the ensuing brouhaha. Information from other sources however claimed that ever since the unfortunate incident, Seyi has found herself pitiable in the unbelievable situation, as her family members have been running helter-skelter to ensure a surgical operation for her in London, so that she can at least return to a manageable state as the damage done to her body was very gory.

A star in the making is right now hugging the Nigerian entertainment industry, in the person of multi-talented actor, Rilwan Adisa Ologolo otherwise known as Benzemaa.   He is the first Child of his mum and only child of his Father who died many years ago, particularly when he was 2 year old.   He grew up at Berkley Street, Obalende but he hails from the Ologolo family in Eti Osa Local Government, Lagos Island.  Though he is no longer new in the show business but as the saying goes, a patient dog eats the fattest bone, which is what aptly illustrates his journey into acting. The journey started for him in 2007 when he joined a Drama Club owned by the Vice Principal of his school. Thereafter, his friend who is also an actor, Azeez Ijaduade invited him to his group.
