Abeokuta, Ogun State Nigeria based actor, Odunlade Adekola has debunked the alleged rumour making the rounds recently that he engaged himself in street fight with an undergraduate student of The Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY) in Abeokuta. The rumour had it that Odunlade and few of his colleague were at a movie location at Adigbe in Abeokuta a movie shoot, and the said undergraduate stormed the location with his gangs to disrupt the shooting. This, was what we learnt brought up the fracas. This blog, however placed a call to Odunlade for the confirmation of the story rather than disseminating fallacy and bellow were his response. "We were shooting a movie at Adigbe in Abeokuta. The movie location was in opposite of the hotel we lodged. Some guys who lives around the around stormed the location just when we were about recording and they commanded us to put off the generator we were using. They claimed it was their area. The Production Manager went to them to ask them what they wanted. They insisted we should stop the shooting at the area. While they were saying all that, they were also calling my name and insulting me. Infact, Olaiya Igwe, Madam Shaje, Fathia Balogun and other actors were pleading that I should not respond to them because it was obvious they were seeking attention.

Thereafter, the proprietor of the hotel made a distress call to men of Nigeria Police. The guys were arrested. It will shock you to know that I was the one who went to bail all of them at the Police Station. I left police station around 1.30am after I secured their bail,"Odunlade blunted out.
It will interest you to know that his wife, Ruth Adekola recently put to bed to a bouncing baby boy as baby number 3 and are all boys. A befitting naming ceremony was given to at Odunlade's residence in Abeokuta. Read more on City People Magazine

A star in the making is right now hugging the Nigerian entertainment industry, in the person of multi-talented actor, Rilwan Adisa Ologolo otherwise known as Benzemaa.   He is the first Child of his mum and only child of his Father who died many years ago, particularly when he was 2 year old.   He grew up at Berkley Street, Obalende but he hails from the Ologolo family in Eti Osa Local Government, Lagos Island.  Though he is no longer new in the show business but as the saying goes, a patient dog eats the fattest bone, which is what aptly illustrates his journey into acting.
