3rd Wellness Award kicks off Oct 31st

come Monday 31st October, 2011, Indulge Nigeria Ltd, a healthy living advocacy company, with its partners, Unilever, MTN, GSK, Promasidor, Nestle, Popular Foods, Kraftfoods, Grand Cereals Ltd, Globacom, UAC Foods, PZ Cussons, Tropical Naturals, Neimeth, Lagos State Ministry of Health, and Nutricima Nigeria Ltd, is at it again as the organization is set to hold its third edition of the Wellness Awards for the people who have stood out as role models, due to the great impact they have made in making sure that this country “Nigeria” stands out among neighboring countries by giving out their best to the public positively, both as an individual and or a sector, at the Sheraton Hotels, Ikeja, Lagos. The event, which we gathered, will include an exhibition into its Lunch & Learn Wellness Seminar Workshop, is all about promoting health, confidence and well-being. We scooped that the exercise is going to be opened to the public, and will also be officially flagged off by Dr Jide Idris, Hon Commissioner for Health, Lagos State. According to Dr Bisi Abiola, CEO, Indulge Nigeria Ltd, “The day is going to be all about Feeling good.”
There will be free product samples of your favorite brands, free eye tests, blood pressure, BMI screening, diabetes and dental checks, advice on natural ways to treat your skin and hair, free massage, weight loss, exercise and healthy eating tips, stress management techniques and much, much more”. However, the organization Indulge, we learnt, will also hold its 3rd Wellness Award dinner on Saturday, 5th November, which will serve as another opportunity to celebrate companies, individuals and non-governmental organizations for supporting healthy lifestyle in Africa. Indulge wellness campaign started exactly nine years ago and is waxing stronger in all the products and services offered by the company which we can tell you is also helping to push the company into a force to be reckoned with in the wellness industry.
